Noel Was Sent By God

As the work increases, along came Noel Livesey, sent by God.
Noel and his wife Jean returned from the Philippines in December 2006, where they ministered for 25 years as Tribal Church Planters with the Manobo people of Mindanao. They have two sons Leon (23) and Evan (19).
In October 2007 they were asked by The United Church Hermanus to conduct a Basic Needs Survey amongst the farm workers in the Hemel en Aarde Valley. In February 2008 Noel began visiting farms and at present there are 5 groups who gather once a week on their farms to discuss issues with the goal to solve their own problems.

The Lord led Noel to us through internet. He discovered our ministry while Googling the internet for "The Jesus film in Afrikaans”.

This lead to the birth of a partnership between "There is Hope Ministries" and Noel.
Pieter is currently incorporating Noel in the Wellness Strategy – Empowering him to minister under the umbrella of There is Hope Ministries.

Please pray for Noel – that the Lord will use him as His instrument on the farms. He knows the heart of the people and loves ministry. Pray that the Lord will give him wisdom regarding his future involvement.
