Love Encourages Irrational Acts!

“Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13
“You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:6-8

Can’t You See What God’s Love Has Done?

“But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions – it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.
For we are God’s workmanship (work of art, masterpiece) …” Ephesians 2:4-9

Jesus died and rose for you!

Love made Him do it!

Our salvation is God’s powerful, creative work in us.

If God considers us his work of art, we dare not treat ourselves/others with disrespect or as inferior work.
