There is Hope Ministries
An Inter-denominational Ministry that concentrates on helping with the fulfilment of the 'Great Commission' (Matt 28:18-20), through the internet and other mass efforts.
Our Ministry:
- Internet - evangelise, follow-up & disciple people in the Christian foundation through several Web Sites, emails and personal contacts.
- Wellness Strategy on Farms :

- Individual & Corporate Mentoring - helping individuals and organisations to be more effective in many aspects of life.
- Training - in a wide variety of subjects.
- Flyer Project - is a unique project through which we want to spread the Gospel on a National level by way of flyers. It also provides an opportunity for spiritual growth.
- SMS Project - SMS the word: film to 36836. The SMS costs R5.00 and our ministry receives a large percentage of it.
- JESUS-Film: Most powerfull evangelistic tool around the globe, translated in more than 1,000 languages.
The Interesting Story of our Logo
When looking at our logo, you can visualise a couple of different images with a similar message:
- A huge explosion like a firework show, lightening up the whole surrounding area!

The Dandelion is a small plant [Part of Taraxacum, a large genus of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae]. The fower head consists of many tiny flowers called florets. This plant has spread to many areas and places all over the world. When the wind blows, it releases and spread the light seeds like parachutes over a wide area. Where it lands, a new plant will finally germinates. In this way the process will repeat itself, till the whole world is saturated!

Maybe you visualize a rolbos, an indiginous plant in South Africa, with seed boxes on each of its long arms. The August wind drives it over the Karoo planes like a big ball running at high speed. On its way it releases the seeds one by one. Years later, when the climate is favourable again, after the first drops of rain, new plants germinates to repeat the whole process again and again!

Through our ministry we are actively involved in spreading the Gospel through evangelism, follow-up, discipleship and training on a wide variety of subjects, in order to help people grow in faith and live victorious, fruitful lives!
It is so beautifully spelled out in Colossians 1:27b-29
“Christ in you, the hope of glory; whom we proclaim, admonishing every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ; for which I also labor, striving according to his working, which works in me mightily."

When the Bridegroom, Jesus Christ, come to take us as His bride to be with Him for eternity, as promised in the Bible (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17, Revelation 19:7), Magdaleen and I will be there, looking out for you!
