Pieter’s News Bit – June ‘24

Together in Heaven:

We read in John 3:16 (NIV)
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

I understand from this:
God loves the world.
He send his Son to die on the cross.
When we believe in Him, we shall not perish,
but receive eternal life. 

It then assumes that if you do not believe in Him, you actually disregard Jesus and consequently will not inherit eternal life.

Have you received Him as your personal Saviour?  If so, then you will also see me in heaven one day.  There, we will sing together songs of praise before Jesus’ throne!

Witness opportunity at churches:

I also testified at a church about the path I have walked for the last 36 years as a worker in the harvest field.

During this, I again challenge the people to get involved in carrying out the GREAT COMMISSION, among others, by signing up for my online course, which also teaches you how to share your faith.  (Matthew 28:18-20)

Saam in die hemel:

Ons lees in Johannes 3:16 (NLV)
“God het die mensdom só liefgehad dat Hy sy enigste Seun gegee het sodat elkeen wat in Hom glo, nie verlore gaan nie, maar die ewige lewe sal hê.”

Ek verstaan hieruit:
God het die wêreld lief.
Hy stuur sy Seun om aan die kruishout te sterf.
Wanneer ons in Hom glo, sal ons nie verlore gaan nie,
maar die ewige lewe ontvang. 

Dit veronderstel dan dat indien jy nie in Hom glo nie, jy eintlik vir Jesus verontagsaam, en gevolglik nie die ewige lewe sal beêrwe nie.

Het jy Hom al ontvang as jou persoonlike Verlosser en Saligmaker? - indien wel, dan sal jy my ook eendag in die hemel sien. Daar sal ons saam lofliedere sing voor Jesus se troon!

Getuienis geleentheid by kerke:

Ek het ook hierdie maand by ‘n kerk  getuig oor die pad wat ek die laaste 36 jaar as werker in die oesland geloop het.

Tydens hierdie spreekbeurt daag ek weereens die mense om betrokke te raak in die uitvoer van die GROOT OPDRAG, deur o.a in te skryf vir my aanlyn kursus, wat jou ook leer hoe om jou geloof te deel. (Mattheus 28:18-20)

Nooi my gerus om by jou kerk/kleingroepie my getuienis te kom deel.

Getuienis van ‘n vrou in Indië na ‘n mentoring geleentheid:
