Pieter's Monthly News Bit

The ministry of the Word at various places is still very positively received. One of the main reasons for that, I believe, is because the Word is Life for those who find it, and healing for Body, Soul & Spirit.

With Industrial ministry, the Tuesday after the Easter weekend, I ask a whole line of workers at Supa Quick the same question that Jesus asked Martha at Lazarus’ grave:
Do you believe in me?
And she answered: Yes Lord!

Today I ask you: Do you believe that Jesus is your Saviour and Redeemer, and do you believe that one day you too will rise from the dead to be with Him forever?

My faithful Jesus film teammate, Barry, still very ill with terminal cancer.

We ask for prayer for him in this time of hardship. Barry has a great passion for preaching the gospel and it is sad to see him suffer like this.

However, we know that God is powerful and that He answers our prayers. We ask that you join us in praying for Barry’s healing, and that God will comfort him and his family during this difficult time.

I pray for you:
He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom (me & you) with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins.
He has showered his kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding.
EPHESIANS 1:7-8

Die bediening van die Woord by onderskeie plekke word steeds baie positief ontvang. Een van die hoof redes daarvoor glo ek, is omdat die Woord Lewe is vir dié wat dit vind, en genesing vir Liggaam, Siel & Gees.

Met Arbeidsbediening, die Dinsdag na Paasnaweek, vra ek ‘n hele ry werkers by Supa Quick dieselfde vraag wat Jesus by Lasarus se graf aan Marta gevra het:
Glo jy in my?
En sy antwoord: Ja Here!

Vandag vra ek vir jou: Glo jy dat Jesus jou Saligmaker en Verlosser is, en glo jy dat jy ook eendag uit die dood sal opstaan om vir ewig by Hom te wees?

My getroue Jesus-film spanmaat, Barry, steeds baie siek met terminale kanker. Ons vra vir gebed vir hom in hierdie tyd van swaarkry. Barry het ‘n groot passie vir die verkondiging van die evangelie en dit is hartseer om hom so te sien ly. Ons weet egter dat God magtig is en dat Hy ons gebede verhoor. Ons vra dat jy saam met ons bid vir Barry se genesing en dat God hom en sy familie vertroosting sal gee in hierdie moeilike tyd.

Ek bid vir jou:
Deur sy geliefde Seun is ons verlos deurdat Hy sy bloed vir ons, (ek & jy), gestort het. Ons oortredings is vergewe omdat God die rykdom van sy genade in oorvloed aan ons gegee het.
