Forgiveness sets you free, like shackles falling off, and lets you live a life of victory.
To make a choice to forgive when you are wronged, regardless of what the circumstances were, or are.
This, of course, is also followed by a mental decision of will to love again, even if you don’t feel like it.
I learned this truth 37 years ago, during a lecture at Campus Crusade for Christ.
Today, I still communicate it regularly when I am mentoring and training.
Forgiveness sets you free, like shackles falling off, and lets you live a life of victory.
Start with your own partner and others close to you.
I pray for you as a reader of this message, to have the willpower to forgive, regardless of the situation.
“To be a Christian means to forgive the inexcusable because God has forgiven the inexcusable in you” - C.S. Lewis
(Pastor of a growing church in Nigeria doing my Online course):
Last Sunday, August 18th, I led the whole church out on what we call Sunday morning raid to our church neighbourhood, using the Four Spiritual Laws booklet, as our evangelistic tool.
I have been training them on the use of the Four Spiritual Laws, and yesterday we looked at God’s Priority and Plan lecture. This was during the church service.
Hierdie waarheid het ek reeds 37 jaar gelede, gedurende ‘n lesing by Campus Crusade for Christ geleer.
