Farm Worker’s Regret

A very agitated young farm worker shared in his small-group about something he would have liked to reverse, if possible, He and his group of gangsters fought with an elderly man - For no reason, just to see blood! The injured man was taken to hospital. The result of his injuries left him paralyzed. He left the hospital weeks later, and died after some time.

During our final Wellness session on the topic of GRACE at a farm in the Elgin Valley, Western Cape, the discussion was about Wrong Things I Did In The Past.

A very agitated young farm worker shared in his small-group about something he would have liked to reverse, if possible:

He and his group of gangsters fought with an elderly man - For no reason, just to see blood! The injured man was taken to hospital. The result of his injuries left him paralyzed. He left the hospital weeks later, and died after some time.

In the small group, the other workers agreed that he should be jailed for ever, with the key thrown away! Despite these initial feelings, they proclaimed that, through Gods grace, and because of the forgiveness through Jesus as in 1 John 1:9, he is a free man today.

I could again explain the Way To Salvation Through Jesus Christ.

Most of the group agreed and had peace - maybe for the first time ever!
